Hamburgueseria Rosa — Restaurant in Felanitx

We popped into Hamburguesaria Rosa for a burger fix, and while the burgers themselves were a solid "okay" and fairly priced, the rest of the experience truly made our visit. The service was a highlight; Rosa herself took our order and was incredibly kind and patient, even as I butchered the Spanish. This personal touch really made for an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. We were happy to find ice-cold beers and absolutely devoured the patatas bravas – they were delicious! It's also worth noting how wonderfully Rosa and her team treated my son; they were truly great with him. Although I personally would have preferred a bit more flavor in the burger meat, it was still a good value for what we paid. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor — the staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping. On top of that, no one spoke or understood basic English, which made communication frustrating and stressful. Instead of trying to assist, the staff acted impatient and dismissive. It felt like customers were more of a bother than a priority.

Food might be decent (if you manage to order correctly), but the overall atmosphere and lack of professionalism completely ruined the experience for me. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values good service or clear...

I came here after struggling to find another place (due to incorrect location on google maps). I was looking for a takeaway. I ordered & sat at the bar as I waited. Service was swift, but not overly friendly. It was great to see the potato dishes being made from fresh. Literally peeled & chopped straight into the fryer.
