10.7 is a true highlight on Formentera. While the stunning sea view is already a reason to come, the real magic happens on the plate. The food is exquisite, refined, and prepared with absolute precision.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick. For example, if you ask for a bit of extra ginger, it arrives within a minute — in most places, you'd already be done eating by the time it comes. Not here. Here, service is seamless.

You can clearly feel that the chef is orchestrating a motivated, warm, and professional team. Everything runs like clockwork, but with a personal touch.

Price-wise, it’s in the upscale range, but well worth it. With only six months of season, the pricing is more than fair — especially considering the high quality of both food and service.

Good food selection, right on beach, excellent service, huge portions but pricey (I'd have liked half the portion for half the price, or less squid and more greens - very generous on the squid!). Beware of being given a "servicio" for €3 which is the customary bread selection with oil and vinegar - not sure you can "refuse" it, it is brought to the table by default. The salad was delicious and fresh, the location is beautiful with background music playing. A very stylish beach bar with lots of young families and their young children (at least when I visited in early June, just before the summer holidays). The location is great, the food, the service is very much lacking. We ordered 8 pieces of salmon sushi (€24). The fish was good, the rice was not properly cooked. The ravioli (€23) and pesto pasta (€23) were borderline terrible. They charge prices of high end restaurants but provide mediocre food. We were charged €7 "servicio" when asked what this meant we were told it was for the 4 stale slices of bread they brought to the table (which we never asked for.) They promptly removed that item after we told them we hadn't ordered it, but I suspect this is common practice they do to take advantage of patrons.
