Platja Es Arenals — Attraction in Formentera

Very good beach, with very nice colors of the water. Also warm water, but very windy and mostly there are waves. Sometimes waves are very strong and big, but when they are smaller, it is a great place to be. I visited on Sunday and Wednesday, and there are a lot of people but you can always find a place for you. There are mostly families here with a lot of children. There is a public toilette but I haven’t tried it. The beach is not too big, but big enough. Parking is big and free but horrendous! If you don’t have full insurance, i wouldn’t recommend parking here. Not sure how to describe the parking but it has huge holes, i’ve never seen something like that. And you have to go through them, there is no other way. But all in all, Es Arenals, Ses Illetes and Es Pujols are only 3 beaches worth visiting in...

In my opinion, this is the best beach in Formentera (popular opinion says Platja Illetas). It's all the way down south and around 20-25min scooter ride from the ferry port. There is plenty of free parking available, the beach is very clean, wide and long.
