We had heard and read good things about this place. We must have had an off evening. It was a Sunday, which was probably a mistake, as some friends or family of the owner(?) were at the table behind us and making a racket, especially the kids. The server (a woman) was obviously not in a good mood. We would have taken a table near the front or on the sidewalk except there were a number of smokers there and it affected the area. The food we had, tuna plate and tropical salad were not great. The king prawns in the salad were a slightly mushy meat (previously frozen?) and there was a lot of dressing over everything. The tuna was tough and needed some better kind of sauce on it. The potatoes were fine. So looking at the general rating of the place, I guess we had bad luck. But for the price, it was not recommendable from our...
Read moreThe food was good and the service was fast. The place is really beautiful and great. There was a lot of staff even though the restaurant was full. It's certainly a good thing if the staff didn't move back and forth in the restaurant for nothing. It doesn't look and feel very good when there is a lot of movement in the restaurant all the time. We were asked by 4 different waiters if the food was good. Many people want peace when they eat. Read moreA restaurant where you can go for dinner below 50 euro's with a shared starter and a glass of wine. Quality of food is in line with prices. Sardines were good, but tuna drowned in saus and taste wasn't that great. Greek salad had a good amount of cheese but had little to do with Greece. Waitress very friendly but setting made me feel I was sitting I a cafeteria instead of a restaurant. All in all good option if you don't have much to spend and are not very picky on taste. (I'm afraid I'm spoiled after having dinner in high quality...
