Restaurante Algorta — Restaurant in Getxo

Visited on Saturday afternoon and we were the only clients in the restaurant, ordered our food & drinks with a nice member of staff and soon after received drinks & our starters ( spring roll & soup ). The picante soup was very nice, then a few minutes after these dishes were taken, the first of our 3 main dishes arrived and then unfortunately things went downhill! Nothing for about 20mins.. I should say that by this time there were around 4 more tables occupied in the restaurant. But in the end, as with so many restaurants these days.. home delivery’s appeared to have taken the focus. This restaurant can certainly get food out the door for delivery and from what we could see are clearly very popular in the local area, but this shouldn’t detract from the enjoyment of those who take the time to visit the restaurant.

In short ,staff nice , food excellent, but having to wait for your meal while countless bags of takeaway leave the kitchen is not acceptable. If more staff are needed...

El servicio es el peor lo que he encontrado en mi vida. Pedimos a domicilio, pide un arroz de tres delicias y me dieron un arroz simple, sin ni un gamba, solo unos chícharos, trozititos de jamón, y jamón. Cuando volví a llamar el "restaurante" me dijo el "caballero" que si no me gusta puedo volverlo. Así yo tuve que ir para allá, no me pidió ni un disculpa, me explicó que está es de toda la vida así, y sí no me gusta no tengo que comer ahí, el tiene muchos clientes. Se nota que este joven no tiene ni idea como dar un servicio y como hay que tratar un cliente. Me sorprende que aún así se funciona su negocio. He leído otros opiniones y la verdad es una broma. No recomendable por nada, ni la comida, ni el servicio, ni a los precios. Si podría dar 0 estrellas daría, ni un media eh, no que 5. Ni se quién da 5 estrellas me supongo que ellos...

Hacia años que no ibamos a este restaurante y hoy he entendido porque.Una sola persona atendia todo el restaurante;Las mesas,llamadas telefonicas y el servicio a domicilio,con lo que ello conlleva a la hora de atender las mesas,hora y media para comer dos menus.El hombre tardo en atendernos,se olvido del pan y solo estabamos seis personas en el local y lo de rellenar las botellas de vino fue el sumumm🙀🙀,menos mal que pedimos agua.De los platos poca cosa,La sopa sin mas,el rollito soso y aceitoso,el ku bak nos lo sirvieron sin mezclar,el arroz tres delicias y el arroz con gambas llamando al sabor😵 y el pan chino que por fin llego al final de la comida sosisimo y bañado en aceite.El postre de una bola de vainilla fue la...
