This place is a hidden gem. I’ve been on a number of occasions and each time I experience something new. The food is the real highlight for me - it is the best I have enjoyed in my 4 years living in Valencia. The menu is designed to complement the selection of drinks that are served in a tasting. Each time I’ve tasted something new, innovative and delicious. The chef, Karla, outdoes herself on each visit. The service here is amazing - very attentive, friendly, polite and professional.

The place is really great for wine and having deep discussions with friends. Raul was very friendly and super nice. The Ciento Volando wine is really amazing as well as the vermuth (narancello). The tablas and the alcachofas with the wine and the music of Alejandro Sanz in the background blows your mind and makes the atmosphere really fantastic. This is my second time here and i love it.

Fuimos a hacer una cata de vermut y vinos, la verdad es que fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora, nos explicaron los métodos de elaboración del vermut y después hicimos una cata con los principales elementos aromáticos del vermut, luego hicimos una cata y pasamos a la parte del vino, nos dieron una explicación detallada de los procesos de elaboración con un tour en su zona de elaboración donde nos enseñaron tanto la maquinaria usada para elaborar como los distintos métodos que usan para macerar y conservar los mostos en sus procesos de vinificación, y luego nos enseñaron como hacer una cata de vinos, nuestra anfitriona Karla ha sido encantadora desde el minuto uno, nos explicó todo a detalle y nos aclaro todas las dudas, una experiencia totalmente recomendable.
