A spectacular bar I bumped into - in the middle of a dusty hot day in a little town along the Camino. The classy sophisticated ambiance of Singular’s Boutique Hotel bar was truly a jewel on my path!!

I ordered a gin & tonic and was treated to their own crafted gin … it was fabulous!!

To top off my experience (which was an extreme contrast from where I was to lay my pilgrim body for the night - the dinativo albergue in the church attic across the road) was extraordinary. Raul, the owner, gave me a private tour of his hotel, a project only completed in 2020. It was his dream come true!!
