Lasagna with Suggested Improvements
I recently ordered the lasagna from La Mezza Luna. I was impressed by the richness of the seasoning and ingredients, but I did have a slight disappointment, especially with the cheese portion.
Plating: The plating of the lasagna was decent. The neatly arranged layers and sauce presented an overall clean impression.
Cheese Baking: However, the cheese part left something to be desired. While I appreciated the slight crunchiness on the surface of the lasagna from the oven, this was mainly noticeable at the corners. The rest seemed to be merely warmed, preventing me from fully enjoying the flavor of the cheese.
Suggestions: I suggest thinning the lasagna layers slightly and making them longer, allowing for a more uniform baking of the cheese in the oven. Particularly, ensuring that the cheese melts smoothly and evenly will enhance both the taste and texture of the lasagna.

Read moreI know, it's weird to go to a pasta place to eat a salad, but I did exactly that. I have to say I was thinking more about having a spaghetti carbonara, but then I saw in the menu a salad with tuna, avocado, egg and palmtree heart. I had to eat it, and I don't regret it, it was delicious.
