Restaurant Pitapes — Restaurant in Granollers

We went for our yearly visit here, it’s one of our favourites in Granollers. Great tapas with superb menu choice. When we sat down we ordered 2 bottles of our favourite wine (6 people), only one bottle came so we thought, “oh well, maybe it’s coming later when the first one is finished”…. It never came but we still enjoyed our food. Later when the bill came, we said “Oh, by the way the second bottle of wine did not arrive and we have finished eating so please don’t bring it.” The waiter boy attending disagreed with us and said he had brought 2 bottles of wine to the table, we said he should go and check the stock and he will see there is only 1 bottle removed to which he arrogantly replied. “What should I do? Go through the bins?” This really annoyed us all because we enjoyed going to this restaurant we did not deserve this treatment and we are more than capable of paying for another bottle of wine, just not one we have not drank. Such a shame, it only takes one member of staff for a big group never to come back. We will have to reconsider our visit...

This Tapas restaurant was chosen based on the recommendation of local, more frequent guests and I have to say it didn’t disappoint. Nice semi industrial feel of the place is welcoming enough to make you feel cosy. Compact selection of tapas with interesting oriental twist applied to some will engage you to discover it. Bueno, para empezar decir que pongo 1 estrella por que 0 no se puede. Decir que toda la comida estaba BUENISIMA, pero el trato de la camarera Tania ha sido pésimo. De primeras poniendo mala cara a la hora de pedir el menú, seguidamente equivocándose con los platos y tirándolos a la mesa de malas maneras, por último a la hora de cobrar ha empezado ha gritar llamando “Z O RR A S”a una clienta y después llamándolas lo mismo al resto que chicas que habían en la mesa y gritando que se fueran a sus pu..as casas, todo esto a las 16:47 cuando el horario de cierre es a las 17:30. Ha tirado platos al suelo en la cocina. Pobres los otros dos compañeros que han tenido que pedir disculpas por su compañera Tania. Al preguntarle por su encargado a gritado que allí no hay ningún encargado. Me gustaría que si alguien de la dirección del local lee esto tome cartas en el asunto con esta trabajadora que tienen cara al público insultando y faltando el respeto a los clientes. Tania, si lees esto… Si no estas contenta con tu trabajo, solo tienes que hacer una cosa, PLEGAR y buscar trabajo en el campo si no sabes tratar con personas.
