Disgusting and Unprofessional — Stay Far Away
This place was an absolute nightmare. My first plate of udon came out with a hair tangled in the noodles — completely disgusting. I sent it back, and the “replacement” they brought was burnt to the point of being inedible. It honestly felt like they didn’t care or were doing it out of spite.
When the bill came, they had the nerve to charge me for everything, like nothing had happened. Only after I complained did they reluctantly take half off — apparently because I had eaten a tiny appetizer. The lack of hygiene, common sense, and basic respect here is unbelievable.
If this is their idea of Japanese hospitality, it’s an embarrassment. Save yourself the disappointment (and the nausea) — eat literally...

Very kind people, very good and quality food, the decoration of the place is also nice. From Monday to Friday there is a menu with reasonable price and you would ask for a bag to take away part of your menu because of the quantity.
