La Pizzeria de Guia — Restaurant in Guía de Isora

Been coming to this restaurant for about 9 years now and the quality of the food is of the highest standard. Waitress Evelin and waiter Franc are just the loveliest and we've always been well looked after. Domengo cooks the best pizza (all good but my favorite is Mamma Mia).. Sadly the owner is retiring and the restaurant will open under new owners. Lots of my friends go there too and we are hoping that things won't change too much 🙏. We unfortunately had a very bad experience with ordering from the restaurant. Upon using the provided phone number to preorder as we wanted to have the food ready by the time we would get to the restaurant (located about 30 minutes away), they’ve ended the call multiple times with the last interaction ending by the restaurant informing us they were not interested in taking our order (without providing a reason and using rather harsh language), which was very surprising to...

Para llevar. Empiezo diciendo que la camarera, imagino que es la dueña lo intenta. Pero solo una persona es correr y no dar un buen servicio. Pedí para llevar una focaccia con mortadella, una pizza diavola mita con gorgonzola, arroz de cebollas y un pan con tomate, ajo, queso y serrano. Entre en el local y como escuché hablar italiano tenía mucha ilusión de comer una pizza buena, pero así no fue! La masa no tiene sabor, la focaccia seca en el medio con 4 lonchas de mortadella había mas platina para dividir la burrata y el pesto de pistachos. La diavola con el salami cortado en tiras con el gorgonzola puesto a final de cocción porque se veía ni estaba derretido en más de 3/4 de pizza, que un poco no me importa se que es difícil poner un ingrediente solo en la mita sobretodo si es un queso pero ya que me lo pone después puedes tener un poco más de cuidado. El pan no fue nada de el otro mundo y los arroz de cebolla claramente congelados estaban quemados. Nada primera y última vez. Pienso que si tengo que gastar 30 euro y llevarme comida que no vale mejor que cocine...
