Had a couple of "tinto de verano" there at midday and they put some decent enough tapas size and quality wise. Fast service, although I must say it wasn't to busy , could do with some nicer service on behalf of the waitress out of three girls servicing the terrace outside only one of them threw a smile at me.

Average place to eat in this slam town, servers were nice, service quick but food was cooked in to much oil, disgusting. Still not all the food was like that. Price is very good for the daily menu but pay over credit card took me 10 min because they didn’t have their machine charged

Liceo Accitano es un restaurante en la plaza de la Constitución o plaza de las palomas en Guadix. Para ser un restaurante en plena plaza no es caro y la comida está rica aunque lo que pedimos no era algo demasiado elaborado. Sin embargo, el servicio es un poco lento, algo torpe y despistado. Tuvimos que reclamar la segunda de las tapas y la ensalada césar era bastante pobre en condimentos en comparación a cualquiera del mismo tipo. A nosotros no nos montaron la mesa para comer como al resto de comensales de mesas próximas, se equivocaron en las bebidas, y los comensales de al lado se fueron enfadados por el retraso en el servicio. Si estás de vacaciones como en nuestro caso, puede ser algo anecdótico pues vas a disfrutar y no tienes prisa, pese a todo son detalles que marcan la diferencia a la hora de volver a elegirlo.

Excellent choice of tapas: meat, fish and vegetarian. 16-04-2022 Update: Disappointing. Tapas was two small bowls of crisps between 4 adults. Vegetarian burgers not available, not great stock management as I suspect they are a frozen product. Waitress suggested croquetas, 10€ for 7 when you used to get 4 as a tapa! Burger with bacon and cheese (for non-vegetarian) came without bacon and cheese. Sorry, we will be finding somewhere else in...

Very pleasant little café in a pedestrianised square just beside the cathedral - the square has beautiful architecture and stonework. Staff great and service fast, and although we only had a coffee, the Menu del Día (€10) looks comprehensive.
