È stato veramente tutto imbarazzante questa mattina. Siamo entrati per una colazione, volevamo sederci ma i tavoli fuori liberi erano prenotati. Chiediamo se possiamo fare colazione al banco e ci viene detto che non era un problema. La ragazza al banco era sola e, evidentemente, è andata in panico nel prendere la comanda a 8 persone contemporaneamente mentre nuovi clienti entravano e le chiedevano di essere serviti. Tutto comprensibile…peró se la barista è incavolata (perché lasciata da sola!) di certo non può prendersela con i clienti che sono lì, con la massima educazione e rispetto, a fare colazione. Un conto di 42€ ci è stato fatto pagare INSPIEGABILMENTE 50€ perché “abbiamo messo fretta alla barista”. Ripeto…NON HA SENSO QUESTA COSA. Il mio amico ha pagato con carta e la transazione era già andata a buon fine quando si è accorto che la barista VERAMENTE aveva digitato 50€ invece di 42€. Chiaramente non è per gli 8€ (glielo avremmo probabilmente lasciati di mancia!!!) ma per la sfacciataggine e la maleducazione con la quale si è permessa di “RUBARCI” (perché si tratta di un vero e proprio furto!!!) il 20% quasi del conto senza nemmeno inserirlo sullo...
