Mi Sushi Ibiza was an absolute gem of a culinary find! I can't even begin to describe the sushi experience my girlfriend and I had – it was like a flavor explosion in our mouths, leaving us in sushi nirvana.

But what truly elevated our night was the extraordinary service from the charming Italian (I know how it sounds — an italian in a Japanese restaurant?) waiter, Michele. He was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, guiding us through the tantalizing choices with the skill of a sushi sensei.

Michele made us feel like VIPs, and his charisma added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. In fact, the only thing sharper than his service was his wit – he had us in stitches with his humor. When he proposed to offer us a shot I asked him to take one with us, whereas he replied “oh no it would be difficult if I would do a shot with every table”.

So there you have it – Mi Sushi Ibiza served us not only the best sushi of our lives but also a side dish of unforgettable service and laughter, thanks to our newfound friend, Michele. This place is definitely worth a visit, and if you're lucky enough to get Michele as your waiter, you're in for a fantastic...

Pleasantly surprised by this sushi spot. In fact, I’m so impressed I logged into google to leave this review (rare for me). We just arrived in Ibiza today and we’re looking for sushi. Found this place on maps near our hotel and WOW - the quality / freshness of the fish (salmon, sea bass, and especially prawns), the amazing appetizers (mothers spring roll, gyoza), fair prices, and drinks were all amazing. Great ambience and friendly staff. My whole party was very impressed and called it one of the highlights of the trip. Being from NYC, it’s not easy to impress me on sushi but these guys delivered. This place is a must to try in Ibiza!!! Please try the Mediterranean Tray (Bandeja Mediterránea), it is to die for and they have a sushi roll that has a strawberry slice on top and it is amazing. Everyone must come and try this sushi. The staff was very attentive and the prices are very reasonable. We paid 22 euros and that was more than enough sushi. I am sushi lover and this is probably the best sushi I’ve had in my life. Very fresh...
