The Booo Eivissa — Restaurant in Ibiza

I ordered via Uber eats, ten minutes past the end of the deadline I called to check and they told me the courier would arrive in another ten minutes.

The guy on the phone was dismissive and acted like I was bothering him, even though I wasn’t complaining and was very politely asking for an update.

Then it took another HOUR for the food to arrive, they ignored my request for an update via the Uber eats app. The service was terrible and really I should have asked for a refund and told them where to go, but that’s not me.

Finally the food arrived and they had missed some of the items, the burgers were supposed to have extra meat and one of them didn’t. Luckily Uber gave me a refund for the extra I paid.

The fries weren’t cooked properly and the burgers were supposed to be well done and came as a sloppy mess (see pictures) but it’s partially because of the long delivery time. The wings I got were good and their sauce was also good.

I will order from somewhere else next time, I shouldn’t have to chase up the delivery etc. Make sure to go there rather than get a delivery if you want a...

My wife and I Googled this place for a quick light feed. We didn't check reviews until we sat and ordered our food. Alot of the previous reviews mentioned that this place had poor service, poor quality food and were getting charged more than what they ordered. This was not the case for us so don't believe the reviews and I always recommend trying the place for yourself. We ordered the Nacho and Classic Hamburger with fries and the Nacho burger was incredible. My wife also said the classic hamburger was delicious. The service wasn't bad at all but it wasn't a to die for experience. Just great for a quick decent feed with a nice seating place. Not sure what is happening to others with getting charged extra. Ate here for lunch with a mate. Restaurant was empty when we came in to eat but there were a lot of delivery orders going out throughout the time we were there. Only one of the 3 staff understood enough English for us to order but they were friendly. We each had a burger and fries with sauce. We had the Buffalo burger and the Booo. Both were really good and rather filling. We tried the homemade fries and sweet potato fries with their recommended chilli Mayo sauce which was nice and light yet creamy and delicious. We also had their strawberry icecream which was great and refreshing.
