I can't say enough about Tsuma Sushi! It was incredible. First, it is off the beaten path. Really a locals specialty. We were surprised to find it, if not for the 5 star reviews, its not in town but so worth it to go! You wouldnt expect it to be so good becuase its off a roundabout where if you blink you will miss it. We are sushi snobs and it was some of the best sushi we have ever had. A great experience. The chef, owner, Piotre, is a master, having trained with sushi chefs from Paris to Japan. It is a find for anyone who loves fabulous and smarty created dishes. Beautiful decor, friendly waitress, food is good. Things I wouldn’t order again are the miso soup (served in a tea cup which is cool, but this portion is a joke + too salty and there’s no seaweed/tofu, just miso broth and some tiny mushrooms), and the seaweed salad (also way too salty/vinegary), presentation is beautiful, but the pickled cucumbers are way out of balance with the whole dish.
