Hola.. Juan’s paella is cooked with perfection. You have to try Can Paella, Ibiza! I tasted different types of Paella here. I’ve tried the Paella lobster, Paella Marisco, Paella Rabbit and Chicken and Pealla Negra. The rice is cooked to perfection with the socarrat giving that savory crust on the bottom layer. The ingredients are fresh and very generous quantity. To me, Paella is an art, it’s not just the taste but also the presentation. So, if you want it all, let Juan create your Paella experience. Ole.

What a such wonderful Paella, i tried several times and always is made with the same high quality ingredients! Nothing can be better than a fresh made dish.
