Found this restaurant from a camping app. Called & spoke to Laura who owns and runs this business with Andrea her partner. They both speak excellent English having both lived there. Located on the outskirts of the town the restaurant is a 4 minute walk from the FREE camper park which is also 5 stars. A Spanish restaurant with a lot of Italian influence, the food sources the majority of its ingredients locally (within 1km where possible). Andrea has crafted some fantastic dishes using his expertise gained working in Michelin starred restaurants both in the kitchen and front of house. First night we enjoyed cannelloni stuffed with cod in a cream sauce and and also a pork loin with potato wedges. In fact we enjoyed it the meal so much that we came back the next day for lunch. I was keen to try the specials that Andrea told me about. They were absolutely delicious. Each meal was topped off with a nice bottle of wine and some amazing acorn liquor. All very very nice. These guys really are the nicest people and the experience we had when dining was first rate. They even welcome dogs. As an aside, they even introduced us to the local vet who was dining next to us, and saw us the next day to assist without dog health care....

El ambiente es cálido, acogedor y cuidado, haciendo la experiencia agradable y placentera. Destaca la simpatía y profesionalidad de los dueños, enhorabuena.

Al volver a visitar este acogedor restaurante la experiencia volvió a ser fabulosa. La recomendación del vino no pudo ser mejor, la pizza estilo napolitano con masa fina y bordes inflados con ingredientes de muy buena calidad estaba deliciosa y disfruté como un niño pequeño del Soufflé de chocolate.
Para los amantes del chocolate este postre aúna la esponjosidad del soufflé de chocolate con un cremoso chocolate blanco en su interior, contrasta perfectamente con el frío de una bola de helado de chocolate y la textura crujiente de una especie de galleta triturada con sabor almendrado, que según el chef la elabora con licor amaretto, una combinación excelente. Al repetir el postre el chef tuvo la amabilidad de incluir una exquisita salsa de chocolate, todo un detalle.
