The service is under any comprehension. The waiter doesn’t know how to manage time and capacity of the restaurant. We were waiting 45 minutes for our table with reservation. Top Tier restaurant. Husband and wife work it and I can say without a doubt my favorite place in Barcelona. Their hospitality and food are exceptional and will definitely be back. El Simple fa honor al seu nom... a mitges. Simple perquè no cal inventar el que ja està inventat, el que cal és saber elegir i potenciar el que el client espera. Però, alhora, saber fer-ho, i encara més saber-ho mantenir no és gens simple. Què et trobaràs si et decideixes pel Simple? Un local amagadet, al marge del tràfec d'altres carrers del barri. Un espai petit, amb poques taules, que garanteix un tracte amable, proper i atent que en Cristian sap gestionar i que fa que et sentis còmode. Una cuina que combina ingredients habituals i de mercat amb una manera de cuinar-los que, sense deixar de banda la tradició, s'atreveix a incorporar innovacions procurant no caure en estridències. Uns plats suficientment abundants amb un preu de menú de dilluns a dissabte que està d'acord amb tot el que s'ofereix.
