We came to have a nice little lunch while visiting Spain mind you my family and I came all excited because we love paella. We were greeted by this lady with glasses and black hair, we were handed three different menus and we had to chose from one, as we were choosing she lost her patience mind you we were only sitting for 4 minutes and she decided to like rudely show us and not even explain with her words but with her hands like we were deaf, I speak Spanish and English and French my family is French so I tried to explain what she explained to me yet in such a rude tone absolutely unnecessarily, as she left our table upset and without patience she went to tell her coworkers in Spanish what has happened like I don’t understand, telling them and making fun of us for not knowing their menu it was awful and then had her coworkers rudely bring the drinks out, we watched how the other tables were greeted and well taken care of and they just threw the sauces on the table. We really tried giving this little restaurant a chance cause you know we thought maybe it’s us cause we didn’t know the menu, but the service was awful. Don’t work in restaurants if your not going to give at least decent service, the lady couldn’t even face us again and we were just disappointed she didn’t check on our food or anything, this restaurant only had about 7 tables open in their dining room with three servers so the fact we watched everyone else get treated nicely we just decided to finish the food and leave, my dish was the fried calamari however two came out raw not so well cooked, and the pallea to our disappointment was sour so overall huge disappointment. Tiempo atrás hasta hace más o menos un año el encargado era un señor profesional, agradable y competente (y el equipo de personas bajo su dirección, también). Lo de ahora no tiene nombre, incompetencia, falta de empatía y descontrol total en la sala. Y por si fuera poco, el remate fué el pollo en mal estado que acompañaba la paella. Hace años que lo frecuentábamos y hoy ha sido la última vez.

En respuesta a Gustos Bcna en el que se me aclara que no ha habido ningún cambio de dirección en el local, no lo pongo en duda, pero sí en el personal, era una señorita la encargada el día 15 de octubre y no el señor al que hice referencia en mi anterior comentario, una chica que no daba pie con bola y en consecuencia el servicio era un caos, y en cuanto al personal....estábamos tomando el postre y se nos acercó un camarero con la cuenta, la soltó, que no dejó, en la mesa y me dice... Cuando quieras ves allí, señalándome la barra para que fuera a pagar. A cuadros nos quedamos todos, nunca me pasó algo así, fué surrealista. Bonjour, si vous souhaitez manger une paella passable, avec une moule et une crevette qui se battent en duel dans une plongée de riz infâme, allez-y ! Mais si vous souhaitez manger tout autres choses, fuyez ! Nous avons commandé des spaghettis à la carbonara, évidemment elles étaient en rupture, alors nous nous sommes rabattues sur les spaghettis à la bolognaise. Un conseil, ne les prenaient pas, l'assiette arrive il n'y a quasiment rien dedans, ça se voit que c'est décongelé, l'assiette ne ressemble à rien. Pour finir, ne prenaient pas de boisson qui nécessitent de l'eau, la bouteille arrive, elle est toute collante et graisseuse et sent très mauvais, je pense qu'elle est stockée dans une cave certainement avec des rongeurs qui font leur besoin dessus. C'est pour cela que nous avons demandé une carafe d'eau mais la serveuse nous a dit que ce n'était pas possible, sans aucune explication de sa part. Je n'ais qu'un mot à retenir et à vous...
