Gran Jonquera — Local services in la Jonquera

We've been here twice this summer. In the beginning of July and in mid-August. In July it was still relatively quiet and it was easy to stroll around and wander through the stores. In Mid-August it was completely packed...on a morning...on a weekday! Mostly with french visitors. Made it more difficult looking around the shops for a good deal. Also finding a parking lot became more difficult, there was a huge line when we left after lunchtime....lot was full!

Besides that it is a great Mall to spend a few hours. There's a good number of restaurants and food counters. But we just bought some Bread, Cheese and Jamon in the nice Escudero Supermarket and took a seat on one of the many comfy couches all around the mall.

The Guess store is also worth a visit. Small, but great offers. You really need quite some hours if you are looking for great deals. And it is a nice mall to do so. Parking is free, there's free WiFi and the toilets are free and clean. Pets are allowed as well (everywhere except the Supermercat).

We visited after spending a couple of days across the border in France and as it was en route to our place in Spain . we stocked up on some of my favourite Institute Espanol body washes and creams as they are so cheap paid 3 Euro for a body cream that is usually £12 on Amazon. Got some great bargains in the sales across a number of the shops even got a few stocking fillers there's also some great buffet restaurants if you have maybe a long drive you can have a decent meal quite cheap. It's worth a visit if you are close by lots of free parking fully air-conditioned. Lots of different shops and decent prices especially Zara and mango .They have their own website so you can check it out to see if there's any of your favourites in there it's a great way to spend a full weather morning or with fed up of beaches teenage daughters ( just did a bit a damage on the...
