First class restaurant with cozy ambiance in about 15 minutes driving distance from Corralejo. We ordered four plates to share: Goat carpaccio (heavenly), stuffed mushrooms with salmon tartare (excellent), mixed croquetas (fish and ham) and the fish cubes with rice and cocunut curry sauce (again, very good). We made a bit of a fool of ourselves because we thought the Tacos de Pescado were fish in dough wrappers (tacos), but in Spanish, “Tacos” is synonymous with “blocks”, so we waited a couple of minutes for wrappers to appear until we dared to ask and the friendly server enlightened us. He even offered to take back the plate which we of course denied. Still impressive. Service in general was faultless - friendly and very, very fast! This was to our advantage as we had a babysitter malfunction and had to leave relatively early. But the kitchen was so fast that we even had time to crack the semisphera chocolate (chocolate half-sphere) which was absolutely delicious - the grande finale. There is really nothing we could complain about here, and we usually find something.

A Culinary Delight: Local Traditions and Exquisite Goat! Are you in search of a unique and unforgettable culinary experience? Look no further! I had the pleasure of visiting a restaurant that truly captivated my senses in an extraordinary way. What a charming place! Every detail has been carefully crafted with love, creating a magical atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step in. Nestled in the heart of Villaverde, this restaurant is a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. The food, deeply rooted in local heritage, is prepared with passion and skill, offering an explosion of authentic flavors that unveil the culinary soul of these lands. The standout dish that bewitched me was undoubtedly the goat. The talented chef masterfully presented this delectable ingredient in two distinct yet equally impressive ways: a delicate carpaccio and an ultra-long cooking method that brought out its tenderness and taste. Both dishes were a delight to the palate, providing a completely new perspective on goat meat. Enjoy!

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to! The food absolutely incredible, the service outstanding, if there were more stars than 5 I'd give them all! We went there twice within two days just to enjoy the whole experience once again after leaving the island back home. The second time we even drove 70 km from the opposite side of fuerteventura to have dinner at this place. I can't reccomend this place enough! You must go there if you are looking for food, service and ambience to remember!!!

I could not recommend this place enough! This place is absolutely AMAZING. So good we ate her twice in a 72 hours period while on less than a week vacation time. Ended up her after randomly googling "restaurants near me" on our way down from Corralejo; and man are we glad I did so! Above EVERYTHING, the attention and care received by Manuel is not even ponderable on the star scale. What an amazing human being. He went out of his way to accommodate and entertain our 8 month old daughter, and give us a friendly insight into the menu, the food they offer and where it sourced, and the history behind the restaurant which used to be ceramic factory back in the day! We went there for good food and ended up leaving with a full belly plus a great friend from there forth. The food was the best we had on our 6 day stay at the island. In fact, after the first time we ate there, we even organized the rest of our days accordingly to make sure we had enough time to go back and enjoy the food, atmosphere, and incredible service. After the first time, we literally prioritized eating here as something we had to do again before we left regardless of anything! Only place we went twice and it was not even close to where we were staying and it was the most fairly priced place in comparison to quality and attention out of off the restaurants we went to as well (4-5 different restaurant). In our two meals there we enjoyed the fried cheese with blueberry sauce (both times as it is insanely tasty yet not oily whatsoever), stuffed mushrooms with salmon, fried octopus (melts in your mouth and it managed to convince my partner who had not enjoyed octopus in any of her previous experiences!), Entrecot (meat cooked perfectly), shrimp and chicken skewers with shellfish sauce (OMG!! Specially the sauce!!) Aaand, last but not least, the tarta canaria and tarta griega for dessert...both amazing as well. Not to mention they actually make proper coffee which comes as a perfect treat after the great meal and have beer as cold as your mother-in-law's heart for a refreshing treat after a day in the hot sun.... Cannot wait to go back to the island and when we do rest assured one of our first stops will by to visit Manuel at El Moral and once again enjoy the amazing food and attention this place has to offer.

Manuel si por casualidad lees esto, asegúrate de mantener esa cerveza fría como estaba para cuando regresemos...
