Yesterday, there was a new waiter (usually there is a very kind italian guy) and him and another new worker were blasting music out of speaker. It was extremely loud.
Perhaps they thought they were working at a club. I kindly asked them to lower the music, not only they didnt but they looked at me as if they were offended by the suggestion. There were many other customers bothered by these two new guys' crazy loud music. I honestly dont understand how they thought that was okay.
I hope management handles the situation appropiately, or they might lose some customers.
It is a good restaurant with decent enough service, good value for money and excellent food (specially the pasta with homemade sauce, exquisite)
EDIT: what the owner is saying is an absolute LIE. The waiter refused to take my credit card and had me waiting for 20 minutes, simply to pay!!! Completely unrelated, for sure, to the fact that he had clearly didn't like that I had kindly asked him to lower the thunderous music. What a crazy ask. How could I.
I am sorry but I will not stand for this lack of responsibility.
This behaviour FORCED me to go to the nearest ATM, draw 15€ (I had no cash at all) and then come BACK. After which, I proceeded to leave the 15€ on the SAME table were I had had my dinner.
Hence why I felt so irritated and wrote this review. Now please, next time you have extremely loud music and a client kindly asks to lower it A BIT, please please please, JUST LOWER IT.

When we pointed this out they eventually turned up with 2 new dishes (not what we ordered). We took one as we were fed up of waiting. We were also overcharged on the bill. The 2 waiters were disinterested and just not bothered (although in fairness one did apologise in the end) its ok to get orders wrong, but its how you deal with it, PJ'S bar staff didn't give a toss really.
