Gran Casino Corralejo — Local services in La Oliva

Absolutely shocking experience ! Firstly, I’ve never left a bad review in my life . Expected to be there all night. After looking at the website, we planned on having a nice meal and a serious gamble, but contrary to the food offerings on their website all they had to offer was pizza, possibly out of a microwave I’m sure, as clearly there was no kitchen. We were planning to stay all night and play poker as I’m an avid casino goer and play all over the world when I travel. But the staff were so rude and uninterested, clearly just enjoying the fact that there were no customers in. I asked a member of staff who was standing at an empty blackjack table if it would be possible to open the poker table, she point blankly said NO. I found that very strange as there were no customers at all but plenty of gaming staff. I had planned on spending at least 2 or 3 nights at the casino whilst I was here, but sadly there is no way I would ever step foot...

This place has a long way to go before I’d think about visiting again. Staff uninterested and we weren’t made to feel welcome. We didn’t get to play the tables, told they would open around 9pm and they were still shut at 9.45pm, went home early as there was a complete lack of atmosphere with only 3 people playing the machine, 4 people watching football and us standing at the bar waiting to be served. A shame really as we had been looking forward to it. Maybe it livens up...

Unfortunately had to change my review for the Casino. The croupiers and the bar staff are the only good thing going for this casino. The management is definitely below par, rude, unwelcoming and unexperienced with dealing with customers. I have never been treated so badly in any casino in my life. The female floor manager is completely completely clueless. Apart from this, the game choices are poor and there is no player rewards system. There is no incentive to play in...
