The waiter was an old, very unfriendly, grumpy and impatient man, all the guests got old bread on their table without asking for it (which they were all charged for afterwards), all the prices on the menu were excluding 5% tax and our cola's were 2.37 euros instead of 1.67 euro as it said on the menu. The trick was that only the food was translated in English and German, the drinks section was not, and the drinks themselves were not specifically mentioned, it just said 'refrescos'. When I said something about the price being wrong they answered it was the 5% tax, but the tax came on top of the 2.37 euros, so 2.49 euros for one cola! The place was packed with people and tour buses, so I assume that’s the main business. You can view that as a ringing endorsement or a steer clear. This place had a bar, ice cream stand, full restaurant, and a gift shop. Restrooms were fairly clean. Use the ones in the back for more privacy and higher cleanliness due to...
Read moreAn awful place! Don’t visit it if you know what is good service and good attitude towards customers. We came to this place with a dog and wanted to have a look at the Vulcan. We were placed inside. After 10 minutes a “very friendly” owner came to us and told us it is not allowed to be there with the dog and that we have to order something to eat if we want to stay inside. After another 5 minutes he came one more time to us and told that if we don’t order anything to eat we have to leave. It is unimaginable that the owner of a restaurant lets you in, you pay him money and after 10 minutes he...
