Had a terrible expierience here today! Ordered food and queued for ages but machine wasn’t working so caused chaos! Girl started shouting cash only and started taking back everyone’s food. I returned with cash but my food was gone and she started shouting and pointing at me to go away and order from a different place! I explained that my food was behind her but she kept shouting no go back! She was incredibly rude! I accept it was stressful with card machine not working and long queues but there’s no excuse for rudeness! The food is overpriced so I strongly recommend bring your own and avoid the rude staff and overpriced food! Tourists who pay big money to visit here should be treated...

Unfortunately place not prepared for so many tourists. With high tourism you should be prepared and create waiting areas. Waiting times to go with cable car around 3 up to 4h. And no waiting area for tourist. Restaurant with only few tables. People waiting outside in the sun. No canopy for tourists. Highly stressed staff. I'm surprised at so many 1 star reviews, this cafe is actually really nice. Yes, it very busy and hard to find seating, but that is because the cable car is so popular.
