Bad food. I ordered Amatriciana pasta. They brought me pasta just drenched in tomato sauce, a horribly spicy sauce, even though Amatriciana shouldn’t contain any pepper. If I had known it would be spicy, I wouldn’t have ordered it. With some gigantic slices of garlic. It was served without cheese, just in a nauseating sauce. When I asked for cheese, the clearly tired and overheated waitress reluctantly brought me a jar of cheese that had been sitting out in the sun for far too long. The fried shrimp were also a joke. Not fried, but boiled and drenched in oil. The sangria was bad too. In short, they definitely need to change the chef and work on their service. Otherwise, they can continue collecting...

We went to this restaurant for my mother in laws Birthday we had drove 80k we found this restaurant and thought this would be great. When asking the guy he said that food wasn’t being done until 8pm ish we said ok and can we have some drinks there was 5 of us the guy said he couldn’t do any drinks he was on his own he had to wash up,take the toldos down,make reservations and he couldn’t do it there was a family of 6 drinking and a group of people behind us there was 8 of them who he also turned away. I asked him if we could just have drinks and wait for the meals he said no. We were five people eating at Via Toscana. We were hoping for a nice quiet lunch. But the lunch unfortunately ended in disaster. The first and sadly not the worst part of the lunch but was the food. The pasta was undercooked and the bacon was raw. More importantly though, when visiting the bathroom I glimpsed down to the kitchen and saw a huge rat.

The staff was also very unfriendly and unattentive. We waited over an hour for our food and so did the other family sitting next to us. The other family had a person sitting in a wheelchair and the staff was laughing and making fun of him behind his back. I would never recommend anyone to ever visit...
