Visited this beautiful restaurant on our holiday and it was INCREDIBLE - honestly the best in Las Palmas and hands down the best fried chicken I've had in my life. The owner was so lovely and welcoming from the start, and with her husband in the kitchen, they make an amazing duo. Quisiera llamar la atención de los PROPIETARIOS del negocio sobre lo sucedido ayer noche sábado día 4 de noviembre de 2023. Anoche sobre las 21:30 horas quise hacer una reserva para las 22:00 horas para dos personas para cenar. Me contesta al teléfono el encargado del local y me dice que lo siente mucho pero que es imposible porque están totalmente llenos. Aún con esta respuesta, como nos apetece realmente cenar allí, le comento a mi pareja ya que estábamos por la zona, de pasar por delante del restaurante y volver a preguntar por si alguna mesa hubiese quedado libre e igual tuviésemos suerte. Y eso hicimos. Cuando llegamos al restaurante, cual no fue nuestra gran sorpresa, el restaurante estaba prácticamente VACIO, solo tenían una mesa ocupada. Sinceramente, encuentro inadmisible, como un encargado de un local puede hacer esto con el negocio al que le han puesto al frente, él que es la persona en la que sus jefes han confiado para llevar un negocio adelante, un negocio que le da de comer a él y a todos sus compañeros, y que él sea capaz de mantener vacío un sábado y por voluntad propia, una de las noches más fuertes en hostelería. Me parece muy poca la seriedad de esta persona, que ningún bien le está haciendo ni al negocio ni a sus compañeros porque al final traslada sus pocas ganas de trabajar al resto. I lived in Korea for many years and, being a vegetarian, I must have eaten bibimbap hundreds of times. I know this restaurant is fusion but the bibimbap here was very disappointing. Only the bean sprouts and rice were recognisable as ingredients. You could at least have added the right sauce. This was not even fushion as there was really nothing Korean about this dish.
