This is written four months after the actual visit.

We three middle aged guys were tempted by this place on ggl as it was described as having a diverse crowd.

When we arrived it was just starting to get busy in the evening, albeit midweek. Students and workers alike were there.

The beer was cheap and ambiance was good. The crowd was mixed so it was confortable.

Tuve una experiencia extremadamente decepcionante allí, principalmente debido al pésimo servicio que recibí de una de las camareras. A pesar de que el local estaba lleno, esperaba ser tratada con respeto, como cliente habitual que soy.

Lamentablemente, esta camarera no solo fue incapaz de gestionar la situación de manera profesional, sino que además mostró favoritismo hacia otros clientes, especialmente hombres, a quienes atendió de manera preferencial mientras ignoraba las necesidades de otros clientes, incluyéndome a mí.

Pedí en dos ocasiones y en ambas ocasiones fui tratada con desdén y falta de interés por parte de esta camarera. Mientras tanto, observé cómo dedicaba más atención y cortesía a ciertos clientes masculinos, incluso aquellos que parecían estar molestando a otros clientes y colándose en la fila.

El trato recibido por parte de esta camarera no solo arruinó mi experiencia en el bar El Guincho, sino que también me hizo sentir completamente desconsiderado y poco valorado como cliente. Considerando que siempre he sido respetuosa en mis interacciones, esperaba recibir el mismo trato a cambio. Sin embargo, la actitud de esta camarera dejó mucho que desear y definitivamente no refleja un servicio de calidad.
