We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this great restaurant! The owners take immense pride in their restaurant and work very hard to insure that you have one of the best meals of your life. We shared a rib eye and it was cooked perfectly and the taste of the never frozen Argentinian Beef was second to none. We also shared a Rocket and lamb lettuce salad and a Creole Chorizo both of which were prepared and presented in a beautiful fashion. For dessert we decided to try the "Vigilante", it was delicious! We had tenderloins and roasted potatoes for main - the size and the thickness of the meat so generous and the taste...I am salivating thinking about it now 👌🏽 No fuss just beautiful juicy flavour with accompanying chimichurri sauce. Having lived in Spain for 4 years, we have always had Spanish aged beef. Not my favorite at all. We have tried other restaurants but the steak always ends up tasteless or chewy, so it was a huge surprise to find Fabian and Carne Argentina. I always order the picaña and I like it medium to well done. It is probably not how the chef likes to cook it, but he manages to do it for me and it is still tender and juicy. My boys love their eye fillet very rare and Fabian cooks it perfection. We also love the empanadas. It is always a family favorite.
