We placed an order online tonight, and would have paid online but this option wasn't working on their website.
The delivery driver was a little late arriving, but this was no problem - it's Saturday evening so we assumed they're quite busy, and our address is also a bit difficult to find.
We were paying by card, but the driver's machine wasn't working. She said our options were to pay cash, or to have her return to the restaurant (and take our pizza with her) to get another machine. We didn't have any cash, and we were hungry so didn't want to wait any more, so we told her we wanted to cancel the order.
She left and we proceeded to cook something for dinner. A few minutes later, someone called from the restaurant, trying to insist that we accept our order and pay for it. We told him again that we were not interested and wanted to cancel our order. I don't really understand why he called, because he didn't offer a solution to our problem or any new information, he was only repeating what the delivery driver said. Because he was quite rude, the call was an annoyance.
I want to note that the delivery driver was very polite and professional, but the man who called on the phone was rude and aggressive.
Overall a bad experience. We won't order from them again. There are better...

Viendo eso, da mala imagen a la empresa y a los clientes porque después de todo lo ocurrido no pienso volver a pedir nunca más, ni yo ni mis amigos que estaban conmigo, porque a parte la calidad del producto ha bajando mucho y encima los precios caros, si fuera cálida-precio buena a mi no me importaría pagar por ello pero esto deja mucho que desear, si encuentran una solución para mi reclamación como el reembolso de mi dinero quedare satisfecha pero sino, no se preocupen que no pienso volver a pedir. ( Y esto es resumidamente, no hice fotos al coche porque se que no puedo hacerlo sin autoridad de las otras personas pero es una vergüenza en todo regla, es una lástima que tenga...
