30 minutes to get our orders, very low responsive service between one interaction and the next, the slowest ever experienced. Service is friendly and probably not even aware of the idle time between interactions, yet it was not acceptable at all: we were attended at the entrance 10 minutes after waiting at the entrance, a reserved table was prepared 10 minutes after that, took them another 15 minutes to bring us the menu, and 30 minutes since being at our table to get the bare minimum water and bread, not to the waiting time between one serving and the next. Food was very expensive and not special at all, salty, simple, not amazing. The place is nice as well as the atmosphere, which is probably the only positive note.
