Ayer tuve la suerte de visitar un restaurante que superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el principio, el detalle de la casa fue una crema de nécoras espectacular, un gesto que marcó el inicio de una velada increíble.

El menú que probamos fue diverso y, sin duda, lleno de sabores bien ejecutados. Comenzamos con unas ostras fresquísimas, seguidas de tacos, carpaccio de buey, callos, croquetas y torreznos. Cada plato tenía su propio encanto, pero si tuviera que destacar algo, sin duda serían los torreznos: crujientes por fuera, jugosos por dentro y llenos de sabor. ¡Una verdadera delicia!

Por no hablar de los postres. No hubo mejor manera de terminar la cena.

El personal no pudo haber sido más amable y atento, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada y de que disfrutáramos cada momento. Es evidente que su profesionalismo y calidez contribuyen a que la experiencia sea redonda.
