El port de la cala — Restaurant in Lloret de Mar

We went for lunch with a group of friends on a Sunday. Food was really good but the service is just unacceptable. It took 3 hour to be out, they were extremely unorganized, slow and very not paying attention to the details or to their guests. All the dishes were left dirty on our table (and on the rest of them) leaving a very bad situación… we had to basically collect over dirty plates and gives to them. Waiting around 1h between one dish and the other, the whole Restaurant was upset. The worst part was that they were not even able to apologize or to say we are Sorry for the waiting. A hidden jewel in Lloret de Mar at port (sport) of Canyelles. In my opinion, it is the best and most traditional Catalonian seafood restaurant of all Lloret de Mar (although they also serve meat). Hemos venido a celebrar nuestro 10° aniversario de boda. Nos llamó la atención el restaurante al verlo en el programa joc de cartes, y nos pareció buena idea venír a celebrarlo aquí. Sorpresa con sopa de coco y melón como entrante. Muy bueno! Nos sirven el primero: Mejillones (los mejores que hemos probado) y anchoas... bastante guay.. A la mesa de al lado que se acaba d sentar les ofrecen copa d cava... a nosotros no. Ok... serán vip... Nos traen el arroz... arroz con pies de cerdo y trompetas d la muerte... no... no hemos visto ninguna. Había muchísimo pimiento, mucho. Y setas alguna pero era shitake o algo parecido pero trompetas ninguna.

No nos ofrecen pan aunque si que lo ofrecen a las otras mesas.

Para el peke escalopa con patatas... correcto. Y el postre muy bueno... lemon pie y sorbete de piña.

Ha sido una comida correcta donde nos han encantado los primeros pero el arroz...
