How they got into the Michelin guide, for me thatâs a mystery.
Super arrogant place. I asked for recommendations, and the waiter recommended the most expensive starter, the most expensive main, and the most expensive wine. Not a great start.
Had oysters, which came in a ball with salad leaves, like i was in the transported to the 80âs. Oysters was fine and only served with lemon.
I had the cannelloni with truffle. But it looked like they had taken it out from a microwave. And the âtruffleâ was 3 very small pieces. It wasnât great.
Then onto the âNorwegian Lobsterâ it wasnât a lobster, but langostines.
I told the waiter that it wasnât a lobster and he told me it was Norwegian lobsters. Then the owner came out. She wasnât happy - a bit angry - and told me I was wrong. Very arrogant. We didnât agree and i didnât have it. They put it on the bill anyway. They really didnât care about my opinion.

"VĂ rem encarregar taula per dinar el dia de Cap d'Any a les dues. Tots estĂ vem il·lusionats que estarĂem i menjarĂem molt bĂ©, doncs alguns de nosaltres ja ho coneixĂem, ja hi havĂem estat altres vegades, perĂČ mai en dies de festa assenyalats. Malauradament no ha estat aixĂ. Per mĂ©s bo que sigui el menjar, si et fan esperar una hora i quaranta-cinc minuts, perquĂš et portin la beguda i l'aperitiu, nomĂ©s servint unes olivetes i una copa de cava als que han arribat primer, a la resta ni aixĂČ, doncs ja et fa estar en mala predisposiciĂł per tot el que vingui desprĂ©s. A mĂ©s quan el raonament del cambrer, Ă©s que hem triat la pitjor hora, les 14:00, "tothom ve a la mateixa hora". Perdona? Si sabeu que a les dues no ens podreu servir correctament, quan truquem per reservar ens ho dius i ja estĂ . Que avui Ă©s un dia de festa, a nosaltres tant ens Ă©s dinar a les dues com a les tres. I efectivament, el cambrer tenia raĂł. Les taules que han arribat a les tres o quarts de quatre, han dinat a la mateixa hora que nosaltres, inclĂșs han marxat abans del restaurant que nosaltres. IncreĂŻble. Hem anat a dinar, convidats pels tiets, el dia 1 de gener. M'ha sabut molt greu per ells, no sabien quina cara posar, sĂłn grans i s'anĂ vem posant nerviosos. Nosaltres els anĂ vem calmant. Fins que el tiet no ha pogut mĂ©s i s'ha aixecat i ha anat a reclamar a les 15:30, desprĂ©s d'una hora i mitja d'espera, amb nomĂ©s unes olives. Per no dur, no ens han dut ni aigua. El local? Malament, ens han posat en una sala amb unes 150 persones aproximadament, com si anĂ©ssim de casament. Doncs no, no anĂ vem de casament, per Cap d'Any la gent dina amb famĂlia. Poseu unes mampares, insonoritzeu el local o feu alguna cosa perquĂš la gent se senti a gust i no hagi de suportar aquell xivarri. El menjar no ha estat com altres vegades. Feia l'efecte que la cuina no podia assolir el volum de comensals. El servei correcte, perĂČ se'l veia molt estressat i insuficient. La impressiĂł Ă©s que faltaven molts cambrers!! Pel preu que s'ha pagat quasi que hi hauria d'haver un cambrer per taula. Al marxar el maĂźtre, tot i saber que no hem estat bĂ©, ens defensava aferrissadament que hem triat mala hora. Com si la culpa fos nostra!! Resumint, hem marxat tots molt indignats, tant els que pagaven la broma, com els que Ă©rem convidats. Sortim pensant que no Ă©s un restaurant preparat per dies de gran afluĂšncia i, per tant, malauradament, no...
   Read moreMas Romeu brings great all memories: I have seen my family come to this place at least yearly and enjoy their excellent cousine and great surroundings.
Still, two years passed by since last time and, although they place is the same and they keep their great service, food level today was not as expected (or may be I had too much expectations). Don't take me wrong: everything was good... It just was not as good as always. It was a bit more expensive though... And it was already on the high end...
Still recommended for great local dishes and mediterranean flavours in general.
