Café-Bar Quintana — Restaurant in Loja

Quintana is amongst my 3 favourite Cafès in Loja. I've been coming here for 20 years. They even have small facts about Loja printed on their sugar sachets, a great way to practice learning Spanish aswell as learning something new. There's a great variety of tapas to choose from. Maria is a great cook! and Emilio speaks a little English. My favourite Tapas are: Porra ( Salmorejo), Camembert Frita ( Deep fried Camembert) and Berenjenas con Miel de Caña.
