La Mafia se sienta a la mesa — Restaurant in Lorca

A diamond in the rough. Massive menu including some real hitters. Unfortunately some rea culinary misses as well.

This is one of those places you need to visit a few times to figure out which menu items taste exquisite and also to make the mistake of ordering carbonara which is essentially cream pasta (blasphemy for an Italian restaurant) or the one pizza which is soggy and overloaded with grease, when the others are thin and delicious.

Can be very good, just pick carefully. Decently attentive staff, some with fluent English also.

Above average prices, however the portion sizes are huge, so prepare to take half the dinner home....

Update: We sadly have to adjust our first review. We came back to try the takeaway. We both had Calzone, but half of it was empty. We were left with just dry pizza bread.

First: This is the only place we have found Calzone in this area. It was not as good as our favourite restaurant in Germany, but it was really good. My husband, however, had rabo canneloni, and the portion was small and stuck to the bottom. The taste was OK and it was really filling. We will...

Mi experiencia en este restaurante fue increíble. Desde el momento en que entré, me sentí transportado a una auténtica trattoria italiana. La decoración del lugar es impresionante, con detalles cuidadosamente elegidos para crear una atmósfera acogedora y auténtica.

Pero lo que realmente hizo que mi experiencia fuera especial fue la comida. Cada plato que probé fue excepcional, desde los antipasti hasta los postres. Los ingredientes frescos y de alta calidad, combinados con la habilidad y la pasión del chef, dieron lugar a sabores increíblemente deliciosos.

El personal del restaurante también fue excepcional, desde el camarero hasta el gerente. Todos fueron amables, profesionales y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.

En cuanto al ambiente, fue perfecto. La música italiana en el fondo, la iluminación tenue y la decoración cuidadosamente seleccionada crearon un ambiente cálido y acogedor que me hizo sentir como en casa.

En resumen, La Mafia se sienta a la mesa es un restaurante increíble que ofrece una experiencia gastronómica auténtica e inolvidable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a cualquier amante de la comida italiana y a aquellos que buscan una noche especial....
