BT15 Irish Pub & Eatery — Restaurant in Los Alcázares

Well what can you say, this place looks and feels old, run down and I need of a clean and a lick of paint. The food is the worst I've had here in Spain and all I had was a breakfast, everything was so overcooked that it was early edible all except the fried egg which I presume was cooked over a candle as it was basically raw. Don't get me started on the chips which I assume we're cooked last week, they were the biggest joke for us, how can you not get chips right! The owner was rude and told us that was the way there fine here and we go somwhere else if we didn't like the food. Very poor customer service and we will be going to other places after this visit. To anyone thinking of going, don't waste your money. Oh and the amount of cockroaches scuttling about was the final straw for my group. BT 15 is a wee pub with good honest food. The Irish stew is amazing. I experienced "fishy Friday" today. Two fish and chips with mushy or garden peas. The cod was succulent, the chips are old fashioned chips. Delicious. This is authentic north European food in Spain. It is delicious. A friendly atmosphere with the owner Andy working hard in the kitchen but pops out to share a joke and a comment on Celtic Football club. Good food reasonably priced.
