Restaurante Jardín III — Restaurant in Los Alcázares

Visited this restaurant for the first time and I have never had such appealing service We order our drinks off the menu with no price and was informed by the waitress that the first drink was in free and there was no price on the menu which we found out later was the takeaway menu hence no price We ordered soup and mine came but I had finished mine when my friends soup.came next ordered curry rice and noodles Rice and noodles came and waited 5 minutes but no curry sauce appeared when asked waitress said that we had not ordered Ordered steak in pepper sauce and chips steak arrived on sizzling platter but no sauce and no chips which arrived 10 minutes later after 2 inquiries as to where they were by then steak was cold did eat this but no salt or pepper supplied ordered banana friter and vanilla ice cream which came to the table with strawberry ice cream so sent it back and was then brought .banana fritter with vanilla ice cream went to pay bill to find out that they had charged for drinks complained but to no avail.WILL NOT BE GOING...

Just had to say that we had just started to eat at this restaurant in the last few weeks and really like the concept and the food. But on our last visit we were absolutely disgusted and felt like we were robbed. Not only have they increased the price for the summer but we asked for a bottle of water. When we got the bill we had been charged 5.10 euro for it. When we questioned them they said it was because we had a glass each. How they can justify charging that is above criminal. We are pensioners and are frugal when it comes to dining out. There are 2 other Oriental restaurants near to this one and neither one charge such ridiculous prices. So people beware take a plastic cup with you and just order the one drink then you can drink at a more resonable price. Needless to say we will not be visiting this restaurant again they need to be taken to task over making over 5 euro on a bottle of water. They did say we could keep ordering as much water as we wanted but can't imagine anyone drinking more...

Took my daughter and granddaughter here for dinner. The food was awful, it was really greasy, the batter on all of the dishes was thick and dripping with grease. The Japanese beef made me gag it was nothing like any sort of meat I have ever eaten. I'm not even sure it was meat. Chicken satay looked like something the cat threw up. Basically everything we tried was inedible. They charged 16.95 a head including children over 8 years old. The bill came to 58.50 which was with 2 cokes and an apple juice. The service was a disgrace as my granddaughter had ordered ice cream they literally dropped it on the table and threw the spoon down, she is 9 years old and just looked at me and said rude. Avoid a waste of money. Next night we went to Hemmingway and it was amazing food and service and was 2 euros more but I actually had a wine with my dinner. Whereas we just had 2 cokes and an apple juice...
