Cafetería CESUR — Restaurant in Málaga

Was looking forward to getting breakfast in a nice place. I was greeted with a look of what do you want, or why are you disturbing me. I got a strong hint that my lack of Spanish was not appreciated.

Local customers were served very quickly (it seemed like they had a daily order) while I was left to wait. Then I was made to wait 15 minutes at the counter to pay only to be indicated after every other customer was served and every other job was done including maintenance jobs, that the card machine was still charging; it was only plugged in 10 minutes after I started my wait to pay.

One member of staff seemed to be in charge and gave out to other members of staff in front of me and another customer. Three staff and not one showed a customer service attitude.

When I eventually sat down, a friendlier member of staff started cleaning my group of tables, left my part I cleaned even though I indicated I wanted it cleaned, but decided it was a good idea to leave her cleaning bucket on my group of tables while she cleaned all other tables.

There were no croissants or anything you might expect to grab with a coffee; cabinets were visibly empty. Toasted sandwiches and greasy food seem to be the thing in this venue. And it seemed like an unloved place. I suggest if people Steve travelling on business, they should not visit this venue other than to wait for a business to open after getting...

Fui a desayunar un par de veces, los bocadillos están ricos, el servicio bastante informal y sobrepasado, hay mucho ruido. A la hora del almuerzo he ido dos veces, las dos veces me marché sin almorzar. La primera vez a las 13.30, me acerqué a la barra y le pregunté por la carta o menú PARA LLEVAR y de malas maneras me indicaron que ese día NO podían ponerme comida porque se había presentado mucha gente a comer, pregunté si podía ser algún bocadillo aunque sea porque estaba en horario de comida en la oficina y ya no me daba tiempo trasladarme a otro restaurante y me reiteraron que no, que la proxima vez fuera más temprano. Hace unos días volví a las 13.00 y pregunté por el menú del día para llevar , me dijeron que hasta las 13.30 NO daban almuerzo que si esperaba bien, que sino me marchara. Con las mismas me fui y sinceramente, acordándome de toda su casta. Creo que siguen abiertos porque el sitio es accesible, en cualquier otro sitio...

Creo que siguen abiertos porque no hay mucha competencia. He intentado comer varias veces y a la tercera he dicho NO , y ni he comido. La primera vez tardaron más de una hora en traerme la comida y la actitud del personal hacia los clientes es bastante cuestionable. Las formas hacia cliente y entre ellos ,traducido en voces y muchas desorganización.. deja mucho que desear. La comida aceptable sin más. Recalco sobretodo la actitud y el trato...
