We ate here on a Friday evening, last night of our trip to Malaga. Absolutely loved it.

The food was absolutely amazing. We had sardines, prawns and a seabass espeto (on the spit, see photo), along with the tropical salad and the friend eggplant with molasses. All of it was amazing.

It's not a restaurant if you're on a budget, we spent plenty but that was also a LOT of good food. You could easily aim for under 50 euros if you're not stuffing yourself with seafood like we did.

I see some reviews here saying the service can be a little bit hard and, as tourists, I hear you. But to me this is just Europe and I love it. Coming from a place where it can be rude to call out to your waiter it can be uncomfortable, doing it in another language even more so. But just dive in, give them a CAMARERO! , the Spanish are pretty friendly and they understand a love of food and drink. They won't be upset you're asking for it and you'll get more out of...

Service was lacking in any genuine hospitality. The mussels were fresh, they are served in a fairly flavorless broth, so if you’re expecting mussels as served in France or Italy, you will be disappointed. The shrimp priced at 10 euros per, were average at best, at that price, I would expect better. My partner ordered Monkfish pieces, average again. We normally taste quite a few things and are used to 150-200 euros for a meal, we stopped after the Monkfish. I would proceed with caution and have low expectations, then perhaps you will enjoy your view of the parking lot while having average seafood. I wrote a more caustic review directly after and waited a few hours and edited it so I wouldn’t be writing with hostile intentions....

Good options, decent prices and great seafood! The fresh sardines are a must try and all their seafood we tried was of great quality including their oysters! They have seasonal options which is nice. A bit expensive but what can you do now a days. The salads were a bit bland but ask for some salt and oil and they will bring you some. I wasn't disappointed. Simple and delicious. But try to get the fresh stuff btw, not the frozen or fried because then it will taste like any generic restaurant

Good frontbeach "chiringuito". The service is a mess, it takes ages for ordering the food and if you want to order more you might wait. decades. As far as the food is delicious, one of the best chiringuitos of Pedregalejo. Be aware that If you went for lunch, you would find a "singer" who is super annoying, all the restaurants of that area allow this "singer" to bother all us. Surprisingly good the CHEESECAKE. A must to try! it is made from local "payoyo" cheese.
