Burger King T4 - Terminal Satélite — Restaurant in Madrid

“Ruumi” one of their rudest employees I have ever encountered in my life. I have no idea how Burger King would hire such a rude person to deal with their everyday loyal customers. This guy is in Madrid Airport BK branch, he obviously hates his job and therefore hates his customers. He Has nothing to do with professionalism and customer service, SUPER RUDE ! This guy was at the cashier, he shouted at me, threw the food to my face and embarrassed me in front of my colleagues and other clients. I had to leave this behind me and catch my flight, but I will try to contact their management as soon as possible. Otherwise I kindly ask Customer service team to contact me whenever they read this review.

Burger king you should be aware what kind of employees you are investing in and the effect this will cause you for the long run....

I don’t usually complain at restaurants but this was the first. I used the machine to order which consisted of one whopper, sundae and a drink. After I sat down with my food, I realised that I have been given a plant based whopper which I did not order. I spoke to a staff at the till about my order. He first told his colleagues about it which is completely fine but I did not appreciate the fact that two of his colleagues said unkind things such as; “Can they not read”, “It’s not your fault, it’s the customer’s fault”. They also accused me of pressing the wrong item on the machine but I knew I did not press the wrong one as I always double check my order. I work in hospitality as well and this was not professional. Had my first Burger King here, and it will probably be my last. First off the food is incredibly expensive, €8-9 euros for a basic whopper. Needless to say, I chose something else: 9 piece (€5.85), 3 Tequeños (€3.70) and a small Oreo Milkshake (€4.65) and then tax, making it €14.20 (for 1 person!) whereas back home would’ve cost £6-7. Since nowhere else was open at 7PM, I had no choice but to go here. The food tasted bland and didn’t have any flavour. At least the tables were clean :/ 2 stars because food is good and I was hungry, but will not be rushing back to any Burger King...
