Starbucks — Restaurant in Madrid

The barista/lady taking order was very rude to me. She made such an annoyed face when I asked for Cold foam (she did not say they did not have it but her face indicated it was a no go). I changed my order then. She asked with clear annoyance what size even though I stated right off the bat a GRANDE. Then I tried asking for milk. About 10 days prior the guy spoke only Spanish and did not understand when I said "milk" in English so I said it in Spanish and she was so visibly annoyed and raised her arms up like she did not understand I wanted milk added. So I said "milk" and she, with a rude condescending tone said "milk is milk." I made the comment "Sorry, just trying to make an effort here." Then she said we could not use our starbucks gift cards even though we used them at the SAME location about 10 days prior without issue. She was by far the most disrespectful, rude worker I have ever encountered at Starbucks, let alone any coffee shop. Completely disgusted and will spend my money...

There are good coffees, light snacks and sandwiches at the Starbucks inside Terminal 4 at Madrid's Barajas Airport.

The comfortable low chairs were stylish and there was a leather sofa as well: not your average coffee shop. The WiFi works very well. Overall, it is a pleasant place to spend some time while waiting for your flight.

This Starbucks in Terminal 4 at Madrid's Barajas Airport is open 24 hours and what a relief it was to find a quiet place at 6 AM with comfortable cushioned seats and numerous tables. My coffee was hot and a there is good selection of food, pastries, beverages and sandwiches.

Unfortunately, there was no more free Starbucks WiFi on this visit on March 30, 2017. However, I was able to use another free WiFi service...

No stars today, you don’t deserve it. I do understand being busy a normative with respect of handling money at the airport but when a person is with mobility difficulties at the very least It is expected to facilitate the things for him/her and staff should be able to bend slightly the rules. I would have loved to enjoy a frappe but as I cannot stand up for long periods due to an injury I have ask kindly the staff to be served outside the queuing in an area where i easily pay and at same time save me from standing up long time and sit down to enjoy a coffee. But the staff did not agree, so I left to sat somewhere else not far. Lack of...
