Surprising to see auch a good rating for this new restaurant. We went there to have dinner as we quite like the set up and we were curious if the design and location would match the dinner experience. To be honest the Dodd was quite bad, the burgers were almost uncooked with entire pieces of cheese (nothing melted) and bacon so hard, that I almost crushed my teeth. We sent the burger back for another try but it wasn’t served any better than the first one. The fries were saggy and tasteless. The artichokes were fatty and too salted. The ‘huevos rotos’ also quite disappointing. Since we didn’t finish-I should better say not even started-the burger we thought that it wouldn’t be added on the check. I recently visited Bientirada, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The service was lacking, as the staff seemed inattentive to customers, and this is not the first time it happens, cause I've visited several times already. The overall treatment was subpar, with little regard for our needs or inquiries. The atmosphere, which plays a crucial role in dining experiences, was negatively impacted by this lack of attention.

While the food quality had its merits, the overall enjoyment of the meal was overshadowed by the disappointing service. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for...

He estado evitando poner una reseña pero ya me he cansado un poco.

3 veces por semana vamos allí a desayunar ya que trabajamos muy cerca. Siempre nos toca esperar una media de 20 minutos para que nos pongan el desayuno y normalmente somos de las primeras en llegar.

El problema viene cuando últimamente, aunque la apertura pone que es a las 8.00 horas, el chico nos emplaza a ir más tarde y abre sobre las 8:25 aproximadamente, si tienen que abrir a las 8.00 ¿por qué nos pide que volvamos más tarde?. Hoy ha vuelto a pasar, son las 8.30 y aún está en la terraza y nos dice "está cerrado".

Estáis perdiendo clientes, ya son muchos los que se han ido quejándose de la lentitud del servicio y en estas dos últimas semanas ya he escuchado a varias personas a las 8:10 de la mañana decir "estoy es de vergüenza, nos tienen aquí esperando cuando el bar abre a las 8.00".

Pienso que deberíais cuidar mejor este tipo de situaciones, las personas que van tan pronto a desayunar normalmente son personas que también tienen una hora de entrada para trabajar. No puede ser que tengamos que estar esperando entre 20 minutos y media hora para que nos pongan el desayuno cuando el bar no está lleno, no puede ser que ponga que abren a las 8.00h. y el chico nos emplace a ir más tarde porque él aún está colocando cosas, no puede ser que cuando les dices ¿falta mucho? te contesten de malas maneras o pongan caras raras...

Por cierto, he de decir, que hay una chica a veces por la mañana y es un encanto, ni malas caras ni malos tratos.
