Plaer Vegetaria — Restaurant in Manacor

We were staying in Colonia Sant Jordi where the vegan options in the area are quite limited especially on a Monday or Tuesday in low season. Then we found this place on maps by chance. We called them in advance as it was a 45 min drive from our hotel and we wanted to be sure that they had vegan options available. They said they had plenty. We would be arriving near closing time which we mentioned on the phone as well and they said it wasn’t an issue if we would be 10-15 min late. Great! We decided to go and were pleasantly surprised by this place. We shared the miso toast as a starter and then the two dishes of the day which were the seitan schnitzel and polenta with vegetables. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The polenta dish reminded me of creamy scrambled eggs and the schnitzel was delicate but crunchy and very satisfying with the mushroom sauce and rice 🤤 Highly recommend this vegan friendly place, it’s worth the trip even if you aren’t staying...

El restarante esta en una esquina muy ruidosa,no hay ninguna terasa Asique es un sitio poco acogedor i nada comodo por los coches pasando al lado.El camarero es muy simpatico i amable PERO SOLO CON LOS MALLORQUINES! Ya que hablando en otros idiomas su amabilidad se esfuma,por pedirle cambiar de mesa casi se enoja.En el menu no hay ni una sopa,no saben preparar una sopa miso i nisiquiera hay unas tristes lentejas.Tampoco encontrareis en menu comida"tradicional vegetariana" como Frito sin carne o sopa de verdura. Y tampoco comidas clasicas vegetarianas como trigo saraceno o panir o puri. Nada de eso. Nos han traido pizza QUADRADA con la massa super dura y ensalada con piel de calabacin(disfrutad de la foto). Los macarrones con feta y verduras que a mi me daria verguensa enseňar este plato y el risotto con aros rojo y CACAO! en la carta ponia que tiene algas,pero no he visto ninguna. Por mucha ambre que teniamos abandonamos los platos casi llenos.No tomamos ni servesa ni vino solo dos limonadas y toda esa "maravilla" de comida nos costo 35€.
