This brewery is simply amazing! After tasting some of their beers on tap we decided to use their can service to take some of the sour beer, that they had on tap, with us. Sadly one of the taps ran out - the nice bartender asked his boss for help. So we met the brewer (one of them) and asked a bunch of questions about his brewery and his idea to add grapes to the sour beers. It was all so interesting and so nice of him to take some time and answer all of our questions. We enjoyed it a lot - and thanks to a trick from the boss himself we got to take the cans with the last of the sour beer home after all.
Also we bought a bottle of sour beer with carbernet Sauvignon grapes - will include a picture - that beer is one of the best sour beers we ever had + the color is so pretty. If you can - buy one of these bottles before...
Read moreHad a booking for a restaurant in Manacor and discovered this brewery/tap room beforehand. Only had time for a few of their lovely brews but we tried most between us and all were well brewed. My fave was the stout.
All the staff were very friendly and took great pride in touring us around the converted windmill, showing us the brewing process, plus the very deep, old water tank which they have converted into a cellar.
