Travellers Inn — Restaurant in Manacor

We visited this restaurant yesterday evening with children and had to wait over 1 hour and 10 minutes (from 8:25 PM to 9:35 PM) for our food – without a single apology or explanation. In our entire lives, we have never experienced such a long wait in a restaurant.

We asked multiple waiters several times about our order, and each of them said they would check – none of them ever came back. If the kitchen is slow, the management should hire more staff or at least inform guests that delays are expected. Nothing like that happened.

The service was unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. This place is not family-friendly and clearly not prepared to handle busy evenings.

We absolutely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will...

Had a lovely breakfast here before leaving for home. Was great just having something British and a decent cup of tea. Staff very accommodating when asked that they leave off certain items you dislike they do allow you to add something else which was lovely!

Also enjoyed some cocktails here a previous visit when they were doing karaoke. Cocktails were lovely if a tad sweet. I would say it does get extremely rowdy at night with more than it’s fair share of drunken Brits even for on holiday so maybe not for young children at that point but overall would definitely return if catch in the area...

Visited here as we were staying in an all inclusive locally and we'd been out to Palma for the day and as it was our 2nd last night decided to call in..order was taken fairly quickly and delivered within half an hour...we both ordered pizza's and chips...what turned up was worse than wetherspoons would turn out tbh....the pizza base was nothing more than a flat bread...chips were just basic fries...pizza and chips were definitely nothing to write home about and definitely wouldn't visit the place again...all for nearly 40 quid..save your money and go...
