What a cowboy outfit. 3 staff but only 1 serving. The other 2 just standing around chatting even though there were 10 people in the queue. Usual airport prices, which is to be expected with a captive market. When we were eventually served the guy was not exactly nice. I guess he was also annoyed that the other 2 were not helping. When we got our coffee it was filled with cold milk so the coffee was just about warm. If you are going to charge over the top prices atleast you can give good service. It seems Café Ritazza are good at nothing. If you have a choice, choose a different establishment. This place is as...

Apart from the ridiculous airport prices that seem to be omnipresent now, at "café" Ritazza is also the coffee ridiculous: overheated, dirty and burnt portafilter baskets, milk jugs that are heated an heated again, paper cups only.. An absurdity with sadly no alternative in this small and otherwise comfortable...

Nice hot coffee 2 euros. Staff cleared a table in front of me which was empty. People returned and their drinks were replaced free of charge. Good service. Speak...
