Starbucks — Restaurant in Manises

I received extremely bad service at this Starbucks today. The young lady with blonde hair was very rude. She took my order then spent the next 10 minutes gossiping with her friend before anyone even started making my drink. I was stood there just staring at them, whilst they chatted. No one else was in the queue, there was no need to keep me waiting so long and ignore me. When they finally made the drink it was cold and so I asked for another politely, she was then extremely unpleasant and rude, slamming the jugs etc and telling me I was rude, when in fact she was behaving terribly. She then handed me the drink, with it all pouring down the sides and said it was the same temperature as the last one… I couldn’t believe her behaviour! I was shocked!

I have no idea why your company would employ this girl, she clearly has no manners and doesn’t work very hard. Ignoring customers whilst you chat about your father and gossip is very unprofessional. It was a terrible experience that ruined my journey.

I wished her a good day and left. I will not use this Starbucks again and will warn others...

The Wife was delighted with her cinnamon roll. After she polished off her morning treat, we started talking about the head of Starbucks bad-mouthing traditional families. The Wife thinks I should forgive the anti-family agenda. I am not convinced. But back to the service we received at the airport. Even though there was tons of people, the service was just fine. When I asked for a freaking fork for The Wife’s fruit cup, I was directed to speak to one of the busy cashier clerks. As it turns out that was fake news. I felt the dirty looks from the other customers as I edged closer to the cashiers. Then I spotted forks and...

I have seen and been in better Starbucks... Chaotic, not organized. Very slow queue. Very noisy. The personnel were friendly. However, they were busy talking loudly to each other. I picked a mug that wanted to buy, was on display to be sold, but that particular model was no longer available... anyhow. Coffee was very weak. This was a naughty surprise, as Starbucks is pretty standard and you can expect mostly the same type of coffee, but not in this case. I wonder what coffee beans are actually using. I was not impressed at all. Will avoid this...
