Restaurant Circus — Restaurant in Manresa

Fuimos en Sant Jordi, mientras buscábamos sitio para comer vimos este restaurante y llamamos para ver si había sitio o podíamos reservar. En la llamada nos dijeron que ese día tenían mucha gente y que no hacían reservas, que fuésemos y cuando se quedase una mesa libre nos podríamos sentar. Fuimos y la parte de dentro se veía vacía, al entrar preguntamos al personal que había dentro si podíamos comer, y nos preguntaron si habíamos hecho una reserva. Contamos lo que habíamos hablado por teléfono con alguien de su restaurante y su respuesta fue: pues no sé con quién habrás hablado, pero aquí hacemos reserva.... Para nosotros era como, no sé con quién he hablado, no le he preguntado el nombre, pero es alguien de vuestro restaurante que atiende al teléfono. Igualmente nos dieron una mesa que había quedado libre justo en frente de la barra. Nosotros nos habíamos sentado en la mesa y falta uno que estaba por llegar. Fue pasando el tiempo y no nos atendían, se sentó una pareja detrás nuestro y empezaron a esperar también, como no nos atendían, las dos mesas cogimos las cartas que había encima de la barra para ir mirando. Al cabo de quizá 30-40 minutos la otra mesa se harta de esperar y llama la atención de los camareros para pedir. Nostros decidimos esperar a ver si se dan cuenta de que no nos habían preguntado ni por la bebida o algo de picar (a todo esto el que nos faltaba no había llegado). Cuando ya hacía 1 h que estábamos en el restaurante, el chico ya había llegado, le llamamos la atención para pedir. Nos dijeron que no habían venido antes porque no estábamos todos, pero yo creo que nos podían haber preguntado por lo menos si queríamos ir pidiendo la bebida...

Una vez pedimos hay que decir que la comida estaba muy buena y...

I may be biased by the fact that the owner's son is my student and was my personal assistant with the menu. The sizes are big but not huge, one does not starve. The price is fair but not so high to sacrifice. The place is quiet but comfortable to not be boring. The bar seemed nice, if you are a tea person, the variety is amazing. I gave less in service because some of the young staff misses details in the orders and take too long to assist. The food is great, the location convenient the city...

A nice restaurant to have lunch dinner or just for a drink in the afternoon. I will give a special mention for the karaage revisited that they propose. They have a nice menu, nice and simple with a few specialties that they master well. In addition to that and if you are on a budget, you can chose their lunch time or dinner time offers that will cost you around 9€ per person (drinks not included). The staff is nice and quick, and they speak English and French. A very relaxed atmosphere...
